Reinventing: Six Weeks to a More Meaningful Life.
Are you feeling stuck in your business, your home, your relationships? Are you worried about or fed up with your retirement life? Boost your business, change your career, become more creative, find your life companion, or move to your paradise. You have the right to, and the responsibility for, a truly meaningful life. This 6-week experience is for women who are open to and eager for the next stage, the new chapter in their lives.
This course will consist of four day-long workshops, addressing the four key steps towards renewing and recreating yourself: I) Rediscovering who you are 2) Finding out what you really want, 3) Exploring pathways to attract and achieve what you want, and 4) Manifesting results through action and attraction! The course is spread over 6 weeks, with two-weeks between each day-long workshop to integrate and to receive individual coaching.
Schedule: Fridays, 9.30 – 4.30 , May 6, May 20, June 3rd and June 17th.
Group size is limited to 8 women, which allows for customizing each day to more effectively meet your individual needs and goals – from a possible new vocation to finding more creativity, from enjoying meaningful volunteer work to shifting the quality of relating to others. You may wish to create a more active, busy lifestyle, or alternatively, let go of most of your obligations to focus on something dear to your heart. This is the time and place to make it happen!
The total cost for the course is $390, which includes all materials PLUS three half-hour phone coaching sessions ($150 bonus).
This course is built on my many years of professional experience as a training consultant, counselor/healer, and group facilitator; and more importantly on my own journey of personal survival, growth and reinventing myself.
It will include innovative applications of many experiential methods that will keep the work exciting and effective, as well as optional homework and individual coaching to keep you on the path between sessions. I will bring to it my boundless enthusiasm and heartfelt commitment.

This six-week program is for those who are suffering the effects of the death of a friend or family member. The loss may have occurred recently or many years ago. It doesn’t matter. If reminders and memories still trouble you, it’s time to find solutions. The group of 6- 8 people will meet in my comfortable home studio centrally located in the Midland/Penetanguishene area. This small-group format, led by an experienced grief counselor, may be right for you. I welcome your call to talk about it.
Over the six weeks you will learn that you are not alone in your experience and that your “weird” thoughts, feelings and behaviours are probably normal. Here you will have time to safely and gently make progress on recovering from your loss with others who understand. You will find hope and direction for moving forward.
Time: Tuesdays 6.30 – 8.30 p.m., February 16 to March 22.

These Mindful Movements classes are very simple (deceptively so) and combine the principles of mindfulness meditation with the ancient art of qigong (chee-kung). They have a way of bringing calm and centeredness and a profound body awareness that you can carry with you throughout the week. Both meditation and Qigong are proven to help reduce anxiety and pain. No experience is required and no floor work is involved. You can even stay seated if and when standing is a challenge for you.
Whatever you are aiming for — peace of mind, weight management, pain relief, inspiration, more energy, light-heartedness, hope, prosperity, connectedness, or spiritual growth and enlightenment — the power of meditation and qigong plus additional energy work will bring results. The classes are suitable for men and women, young and old, and the physically challenged. Also a great balancer for those who are very physically fit and strongly into exercise and sports.
I enjoy giving these classes so very much and each week I bring to the class new things to share from the world of Energy Medicine as I continue to learn myself. I invite you to join me on this journey of health and happiness and ask for no payment, since it is such a “labour of love” for me, and I don’t want finances to prevent anyone from participating. A few participants have asked me for a value guideline for the class. The going rate would be about $15.

I’m offering a free class in MINDFUL MOVEMENT the third Tuesday of every month (except August and December), starting May 19th. All classes are at the CHIGAMIK Community Health Centre at 845 King Street in Midland.
The class runs from 4.00 – 6.00 p.m. with a break in the middle. So you can start at 4.00 or at 5.00 o’clock, and take just one of the sections or both, depending on your schedule.
