You will find a sense of peace and well-being, through proven methods that combine the principles of Mindfulness Meditation with the ancient art of Qigong (Chi Kung). Laugh and learn for fun and wellness. Any fitness level, can even be done seated. Simple, yet amazingly effective!
My mission is to share the tools that have supported my own recovery journey and that are key to maintaining my health and energy. I love sharing the sense of empowerment and well-being that can be gained with a few simple exercises. Give it a try, it may work for you. Leading this group with my husband, Brian, is a highlight of my week.
